Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellations
As our products are made to order, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted.
